I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding.

Who we are

Raising shepherds who lead with purpose.

The Bungoma Shepherds Innovative Leaders Initiative (BUSILI) exists to raise innovative and transformative leaders who drive sustainable change in the church and community. We believe leadership and livelihood go hand in hand — a leader who cannot feed their household cannot easily shepherd others.

Our mission is to empower church leaders, youth, and women through leadership training, economic empowerment, and agribusiness innovation — building people who build Bungoma.

Leadership & Faith
Mentorship, forums, and innovation expos for church and community leaders.
Livelihoods
Agribusiness hubs that turn training into income for youth and women.
Partnerships
Working with churches, government, NGOs, and global partners.
Integrity
Accountability, transparency, and inclusivity in everything we do.
